
Hey Everyone,
Here is the WOD I put together for my workout last night. My hamstrings were killing me from my rack pulls on Monday so I wasn’t expecting an amazing time on this, but I pushed through it anyway. I finished this in about 30 minutes. Hope you all enjoy it!
Warmup:
- Bike 5 minutes
WOD:
- 60 overhead squats
- 50 burpees
- 40 hanging snatches
- 30 donkey kicks
- 20 thrusters (front squat with a push press)
- 10 wall walkouts
Cool down:
- Bike 5 minutes
