I’m starting a new blog, not sure yet where I want to take it, but decided it’s time I try out this thing called wordpress and become up-to-date with what’s going on. Right now I have been putting a lot of time into being a healthy individual, within reason of course. I still love my cheats like pizza, bdubs, and ice cream. But I’m very passionate about my training and trying to find new healthy ways to cook yummy meals all the time. I’m sure to begin with most of my blogs will be recipes, workouts, and randomness.
