Wednesday WOD

Hey Everyone,

Here is the WOD I put together for my workout last night.  My hamstrings were killing me from my rack pulls on Monday so I wasn’t expecting an amazing time on this, but I pushed through it anyway.  I finished this in about 30 minutes.  Hope you all enjoy it!

Warmup:

  • Bike 5 minutes

WOD:

  • 60 overhead squats
  • 50 burpees
  • 40 hanging snatches
  • 30 donkey kicks
  • 20 thrusters (front squat with a push press)
  • 10 wall walkouts

Cool down:

  • Bike 5 minutes
