Simple Recipes – Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Hi Everyone,

Happy Friday!!!!  Every lunch I go home since it’s less than a mile from work.  And I am always searching the fridge for some concoction to pull together.  Yesterday I decided that a buffalo chicken wrap sounded delicious and it’s super easy to put together.  Below are the ingredients I used.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz chicken breast (mine was grilled and seasoned in greek seasoning)
  • colby jack cheese
  • franks red hot buffalo sauce
  • fat free ranch
  • green onions
  • lettuce or spinach
  • tortilla (I use La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Wheat – only 80 calories)

Directions:

Grill up some chicken, or if you’re like me you grill a bunch up at one time so that all you have to do is reheat it during the week for your lunches.  Then heat up tortilla if you like.  And top tortilla with all the ingredients above.  Super simple and quick.  And the best part is that it’s under 400 calories and will fill you up!  Enjoy! :)
