WOD: May 27th

Hey Everyone,

So I’ve started trying to pick back up my workouts.  I’ve started incorporating a TRX suspension class and also a boot camp, which I would definitely recommend either of these classes.  I don’t know about you, but I hate traditional cardio!  If I have to I can do HIIT on a treadmill, stair-stepper, or a bike, but I would much rather take a class or find another way to get in my cardio.  So on Saturday night I had a cheat meal and felt like I needed to get an extra workout session in… So Sunday morning I hit the gym with a WOD.  Here is what I did:

  • 60 Donkey Kicks
  • 50 Lunges with Mt. Climber
  • 40 Hanging Snatches
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Thrusters (front squat with a push press)
  • 10 Barbell Rows
  • 9 Overhead Squats
  • 8 Leg Raises
  • 7 Supermans
  • 6 Situps
  • 5 Burpees
  • 4 Leg Raises
  • 3 Situps
  • 2 Burpees
  • 1 Wall-Walkout
I was definitely struggling on this, which was surprising, but was able to finish in just under 30 minutes… I’m sure for many of you this would take about 15-20 minutes.  Hope you give it a try and enjoy it!  :)
