Honey Chicken Kabobs! :)

Hey Everyone,

Found another recipe on pinterest, honey chicken kabobs!  Now this recipe turned out delicious!  I love grilling and it’s always great to have different marinades/spices to switch it up.  I am a big fan of sweet sauces, so if that’s your cup of tea this recipes is perfect for you!

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 honey
  • 1/3 light soy sauce
  • black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • chicken breasts
  • veggies of your choice (I did red onion, green pepper, and red peppers)

Directions:  Mix the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, and black pepper together and whisk.  Mince the garlic cloves and add it to the mix.  Then chop up your chicken and veggies.  Put chicken and veggies in ziplock or bowl and pour marinade over it (leave a little for basting over the kabobs).  Let it soak for at least 2 hours, then it’s ready to grill.  Grill and brush remaining sauce on the kabobs as you grill them.  Enjoy everyone! :)
