Hey Everyone,

Now let’s be real, you have to indulge on greasy, yummy goodness on Superbowl Sunday!  It’s a tradition that cannot go unbroken.  So this year, I decided to look for a new recipe to bring over to my friends place.  My first thought was, I LOVE PIZZA, NOM NOM NOM!!!  Let’s find a pizza related recipe and with the wonderful magic of Pinterest that task was easy!  Obviously, this recipe is NOT healthy, but let me tell you it’s like Christmas in a cup in your mouth!  Doughy, cheesy, greasy goodness!  Definitely try this one out when you’re not on a strict diet of course. :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of crescent rolls (seamless sheet preferably)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (I never say an amount cuz you can never have too much cheese.)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Any pizza toppings you desire (I used mini pepperonis, bacon, sausage, onions, and peppers)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Lube up 8 holes in your muffin tin.  Then cut crescent roll dough into 8 squares and press into your muffin tin holes. Spoon in some pizza sauce and add all your cheese and toppings.  Sprinkle with garlic powder to finish.  Pop em in the oven for 15-18 minutes and wahla… yummy gooey goodness!  I actually doubled this recipe, because I felt 8 was simply not enough.  But do whatever your heart desires.  Hope you enjoy this creation that originally came from: Plain Chicken. :)
